Where does Muttrek ship?

We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?

Muttrek currently offers free standard tracked shipping to supported destinations.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days after processing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also use the Track My Order page in the footer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@muttrek.com. We will try to update or cancel the order, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@muttrek.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions listed in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can items arrive in separate packages?

Yes. Some orders may be shipped separately and can have more than one tracking number.
